Why we started.
Finsell was founded in Helsinki in 2021 with a simple idea: field sales and fundraising campaigns run on people, not software. The best campaigns are built on trust, energy and genuine human connection — and those qualities can only come from the right team.
We set out to build a staffing company that actually cares about the people it places. Not just filling headcount, but matching motivated individuals with campaigns they can believe in — and giving them the tools to grow.
Today we work with NGOs, charities and growth-focused companies across Finland, supplying multilingual sales teams that deliver real results.
