Whether you're experienced in sales or completely new — we care more about your attitude, communication skills and drive than your CV. We work with NGOs, charities and growth-focused organizations across Finland, and we're always looking for great people to add to our crew.

- ✓Grow your communication, sales and leadership skills from day one
- ✓Confident communicator — in Finnish, English, or both
- ✓Positive attitude and resilience — sales has ups and downs
- ✓Willingness to work in the field (outdoor/indoor campaigns)
- ✓Ambition to grow, learn and take on more responsibility
- ✓Experience is a plus, but not required — we train from scratch
Base + commission structure. Top performers earn well above average.
Performers move into team lead and senior roles quickly.
